well, this is new. this could be the start of something wonderful!
It's Cait's 13th birthday - hard to believe she's thirteen... and I have a houseful of girls, with two little boys asking every few minutes if they can have cake and ice-cream. Monk is paused on TV and I'm waiting for dh to get home. Life is good, God is great, and I am blessed.

- I am a homeschooling mom of 5 (at present) learning even as I teach my kiddoes. It's amazing how so many times in correcting or training my children - on listening, obedience, loving the unlovable, perseverance - God is gentling whispering "that goes for you, too". Definitely keeps me humble! I like reading - lots of different genres - quilting, being outside doing something. Someday, when the dh retires, I want to sail - not across the ocean so much as exploring the coasts of different places, connecting and ministering with other sailors. I hope we can do this before all the kids have left home.
